The Yellowknife Skating Club would like to wish all our skating community a Safe and Merry festive Season.

 

Our CanSkate and PreCanSkate programs will return in January.   Please review the calendar to see the first date.  

Financial Assistance for Skating Programs

Skating should be accessible for every child. If your family needs financial assistance, you may qualify for support through national and territorial funding programs.
Families must apply directly to each organization. Approval and timelines vary, so we encourage you to apply as early as possible.

 

KidSport Northwest Territories

KidSport helps remove financial barriers to sport participation for children under 18.

Canadian Tire Jumpstart

Jumpstart provides funding for registration fees and equipment to help kids participate in organized sports.

Important Reminder About Communication

Email is the only way we share club updates, schedule changes, and important announcements.
Messages are sent to the email address on your Uplifter account, so please be sure it’s one you check regularly.
We do not send paper handouts or make phone calls.
As a volunteer-run club, we rely on email and online tools to keep things organized and efficient.
